Four Fruit Smoothie,This smoothie is great because it doesnt include any dairy products (yogurt or milk), which also keeps the calorie count down. It’s a homemade recipe after experimenting and it is wonderful and nutritious.,Excellent! Well worth it used exact ingredients but none were frozen. I will make this again!,Very good, thank you Smoothie King! I also used frozen berries and the grapes were not very nice so I added white grape juice. Loved the hint of grape flavor with the berries and banana. Tripled this recipe and we all enjoyed a great smoothie!
