Tomatoes a la Fred, This is Fred’s recipe You can use any type of tomatoes We prefer using cherry or grape tomatoes for this dish The longer they marinate the better A quick and easy side dish for the hot summer , Fabulous easy summer recipe used a balsamic Italian dressing (which turned out great), fresh parsley from the garden and freshly grated Parmesan Skipped the sugar as I thought the tomatoes would be sweet enough And I tossed in a little fresh mozzarella that happened to be in the fridge Marinated for about 24 hours and has great flavor Oh, and while I cut down everything by about 1/4, I left the parsley amount the same
