French Breaded Asparagus, This was so good I couldn’t resit posting it It was on a little ticket attached to the asparagus I bought, grown in Mexico Quite different and quite delicious!! I tweeked it to suit our tastes (One hour chill time not included in cook time), I could have made a meal of these and since hubby went out and bought more asparagus after having these guess he liked this dish as much as I Mine came out a little dark and crunchy but oh-so-good!!! Thanks Derf, this one’s a definite keeper

Beat Egg and Mix With Cold Water. |
