French Coconut Pie, Good Ol’ Paula Deen, I made this for my mom for Mother’s Day It was exactly what she wanted– a baked coconut pie, not a coconut cream pie She loved it!! They don’t sell shredded coconut in a can at my local grocery store, so used 1 cup of angel flake from a bag, and it worked perfectly Thanks for a great recipe I’m sure I’ll be making this one again , My daughters and I loved this It’s super easy and very yummy It took 60 minutes in my oven Thanks for posting
