    I make this (or at least, used to - thank you Covid) for tailgating or a party. I cut the sandwiches in half on the diagonal - so you get 24 servings. Considering all of the other food at a tailgate or party, 1/2 a sandwich is plenty. I serve the au jus in medium plastic cups for dipping, wide enough at the top for dipping. I usually add provolone cheese to the bread and melt or broil in the oven for a few minutes before adding the meat.
