French Onion Chicken, A fantastic recipe given to me by my workmate. I was a bit wary of trying it out as it had sour cream and my hubby hates sour cream but I cooked it without telling him and he loved it. Its regular meal now and if we have no chicken I substitute with beef cubes or chicken sausages. Apparently the original recipe called for chicken Pieces., Delicious. Hardest part was dicing uncooked bacon, I will try sheers next time as suggested in other review. I served it over mashed potatoes and used string beans for the vegetable. I did forget to add the sour cream, but I’ll try that next time. My wife and 6 year old twins said it was delicious. Your mileage with kids may vary. My 2 eat well, not just chicken nuggets and pizza all the time.
