I got the can of beef consomme Maybe if I caramelize my own onions and make some stock with Better than Bouillon?, This was so yummy, used one large can of Progresso French Onion Soup and then made up the rest of the liquid with beef broth made from Better than Bouillon I baked it for 50 minutes and then topped it with gruyere cheese and baked until melted SO GOOD

    Place Rice in a 9x13-Inch Casserole Dish.

    Mix French Onion Soup and Consomme; Pour Over Rice.

    Cut Butter in Pats and Place in Dish.
