Enjoy!,I prepared to cakes with this quantity: a bunt cake of about 9 inches (for give away) and a smaller rectangular one for us. After 40 minutes I reduced the heat (air forced oven) from 350F to about 300F to prevent surface to turn to dark. The cake was fantastic: juicy and at the same time the upper surface crunchy! A real keeper!,This is just a beautiful cake Not having sauce with it . Made for CQ 2017 I finally got my piece of cake if I could give it 10 * I would Its moist and has a little crunch on the outside I am diabetic so I try to stay away from the sauces on cakes Its bad enough I am eating the cake. Mix Remaining Ingredients Together; Blend Well. Pour 1/3 of the Batter Into a Greased and Floured 10" Tube Pan (like a Bundt Cake Pan); Layer With Half of the Apples. Repeat Layers and Pour Remaining Batter on Top. |

Bake at 350 Degrees For 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 Hours, or Until a Toothpick Inserted in the Center Removes Clean. |
