Fresh Apple Cake With Nut Topping, My aunt made this cake and shared the recipe with my Mom I have made this cake and its nice and moist , Delicious! Easy to make and very moist I’ll certainly make it again used 3 cups of apples and omitted the nutmeg and cloves since I’m not fond of them It’s a great recipe! One thing I noticed is the recipe for the cake has cinnamon listed twice used 1/2 tsp but will use 1 tsp next time , This is an extraordinarily yummy, easy to make, scrumptious cake I made it for a work breakfast tomorrow, and I’ve already had a little bit for myself The spices are great, the texture is perfect, and the topping just makes it even better Definitely a keeper that I’ll make again!
