1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
of fresh mint (to garnish)

    I made this to use on top of tina steaks. I didn't have any applesauce
    so I added some extra lime juice and extra mint. I also used pineapple instead of papaya. It turned out perfectly! A very nice compliment to the fish and perfect for spring/summer.
