    Wash and Peel Vegetables. Cut Them Into Small Dices Then Combine in a Salad Bowl.

    For the Dressing, Mix Together Oil, Vinegar, Salt and Pepper. Pour the Dressing Over the Salad, Mix Well.

    Garnish With Diced Black Olives.
