Fresh Peach Crepes Filling, A nice filling that makes use of fresh peaches when they are in season This will fill approximately 8 crepes , Absolutely fabulous! used almond instead of vanilla because I was out of it, and it still tasted great Next time I’d probably bake it a bit longer, though
