Fresh Peach Crumble,Delicious fruit dessert.,This was very good. I only had 5 large peaches and really needed 6, and I didn’t have any lemons, so no zest. Otherwise I followed the recipe as written. I was tempted to cut back on the flour/sugar topping. It seemed like way too much, but it turned out to be perfect. I didn’t have refrigerator space for the leftover crumble. It sat out on the counter overnight, covered with plastic wrap. It did get disagreeably soft, but setting in the fridge the 2nd night firmed it right up. The family loved this dessert. I will definitely make it again.,I already added a tweak
