1/2 - 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced (add to taste)

    Fresh Pineapple Salsa, From a Pampered Chef party that I recently hosted Great served with the Lime Tortilla Chips (Tostitos brand) or over fish and chicken! For those people who do not like cilantro (like me!), use flat-leaf parsley in place of the cilantro – it really adds to the color of this salsa!, Wow this was great!     Add the Pineapple, Cilantro, Green Onion, Jalapeno, Zest and Juice from the Lime, Sugar and Salt and Pepper to a Medium Bowl. Stir to Combine the Ingredients and Serve or Put in the Fridge and Let the Flavors Meld.
