Fresh Summer Blueberry Cobbler, Yummy Cobbler for Brunch, Made this multiple times Quick, easy, and delicious with/without vanilla ice cream I love blueberries and vanilla (1/2 the vanilla goes in the batter) so I double both amounts Rather than sprinkling the remaining sugar and the other half the vanilla on top, I toss the blueberries with both very gently, then pour them into the baking pan and press them down very gently into the mixture by hand without fully covering them with batter Should be enjoyed by all , Not my idea of a cobbler The blueberries stayed on top and the bottom was cakey and dry Throwing it in the trash What a waste of my time and ingredients!
