1 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
fresh basil leaf chopped to taste (use about 1/3 cup)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh is best)

Prep. time includes marinating time.,This is a fantastic summer salad! A perfect way to use up my somewhat soft campari tomatoes. Had only cavatappi pasta which made it a little fancy too. Will be making this often for summer entertaining.

    Mix Together the Tomatoes, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, and Basil.
