White Bean Zucchini Basil Salad, A delicious summer salad perfect for picnics and potlucks When dicing vegetables try and make the bits about as big as the beans This makes for a pretty presentation and it’s easier to get on the fork , Delicious and very easy Unusual for a salad to use raw zucchini but we liked it I might decrease the amount of beans and increase the amount of tomatoes, especially in the height of the tomato season The dressing was delicious and I will certainly use that on other salads I loved the basil, too

Rinse Beans in Colander and Place in a Large Bowl. |

Dice Zucchini and Onion, Place in Bowl With Beans. |

Seed the Tomatoes, Dice and Add to Beans and Veggies. |
