    Fresno French Toast, This is from Favorite Recipes II Sunset Magazine , Amazing recipe used Sara Lee Delightful (45 cals for two slices) bread it’s very thin but this mixture made the bread puff up almost double in size I was so full after eating it that I think I’ll be making my french toast this way in the future it takes more time than just whisking egg and milk together but it’s so worth it served it with maple syrup and a side of bacon made for FYC tag game YUM!

    In a Blender or Food Processor, Whirl Eggs Until Blended.

    Add Flour, Milk, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon, and Vanilla, and Whirl Until Smooth.

    Pour Mixture Into a Shallow Baking Dish.

    Cut Bread Slices in Half Diagonally to Form Triangles.

    Lay Bread in Egg Mixture, Turning to Soak Both Sides Well.

    Heat 2 T Butter and 1 T Oil in a Wide Frying Pan Over Medium-High Heat.

    Drain Bread Slices Briefly and Fry, a Few Pieces at a Time, Until Golden Brown on Both Sides.
