Fried Banana,This is not really a recipe. My grandmother used to prepare this for me when I was little, and I loved it! This is not dairy free suitable, you have to use butter because that’s what makes the unique flavor.,Interesting and yummy way to eat a banana! It smelled really good while cooking too. I ate half plain and sprinkled some cinnamon/sugar on half and it was tasty both ways. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
