He says it’s the best fried eggplant he ever had. Easy to make this “parmesan” by adding sauce, mozzerella and baking. Very cheap too!! One SMALL eggplant feeds 6!”,I very seldom use a baggie but rather a large bowl to toss! It’s just easier. I am an avid cook so I hope this helps.,All good except that the breading mix and eggs is enough to do several eggplants. I added some onion powder as well!
