Fried Eggs With Dill

Features:
    Cuisine:

used the last of the fresh dill from the garden, salt and pepper and cooked 2 eggs over lightly. Didn't measure anything, but I really enjoyed the flavor the dill added without being overbearing. Looking forward to trying it on my scrambled eggs as well!

Fried Eggs With Dill,This is one of my husband’s favorites and I believe, it originates in Northern Iran. You might like it but if you don’t like dill , than you might hate it!,used the last of the fresh dill from the garden, salt and pepper and cooked 2 eggs over lightly. Didn’t measure anything, but I really enjoyed the flavor the dill added without being overbearing. Looking forward to trying it on my scrambled eggs as well!,used a bread and butter plate. Covered the bottom with room temp. smoked salmon. Added a large dollop of room temp. sour cream. Put pepper and dill on top to taste. Added a soft easy over egg to that. Salted. It was to die for.
