Fried Pecans, In the south, we fry everything–even pecans , This is a terrific recipe However, it needs to come with an addiction warning! Bet you cant eat just one! Easy to make, easy to cleanup I fried them in my deep fryer and lifted them out with the fryer basket Simple I found that 3 1/2 minutes was just right I am storing my pecan oil in the refrigerator for the next time I need it (Ill probably need it often ) Hubby loved them, family members loved them at the Super Bowl party (yea Chiefs! Im from Kansas City) and friends along the way loved them , I made these for a meeting at work for which I needed a finger food or something not terribly sweet I am known for bringing cakes and pies to these meetings but this time I wanted something different These were wonderful!! Everyone loved them and several people asked for the recipe Like someone else said I’m not sure whether to thank you or not!! Once you start eating them you just can’t stop Easy to make and a great addition to any meeting or party or just to eat while watching your favorite tv show or movie These are perfect for eating anytime!!!
