Fried Rice,This is great as a main dish or accompanying your favorite Oriental meal.,Frying rice in butter is about as inauthentic as it gets. Barf!,I’ve used this recipe often, especially when I have left over rice from other meals. Instead of butter I usually use olive oil and sometimes sesame oil. Also throw in some minced garlic, sometimes minced ginger, often chopped carrots and sometimes cherry tomatoes. It’s an easy meal for a busy day.
