Fried Zucchini/Yellow Squash (Quick, Easy and Cheesy),I make this at least once a week when our garden is exploding with zucchini and yellow squash. It only takes about 10 minutes and the parmesean cheese makes it wonderful. You can’t go wrong with this simple recipe!,Great recipe. Used 1/2 the amount of salt.,The seasoning amounts on this recipe are WAY TOO MUCH! Even if you were using a large squash, 2 tsp of salt! ACH! Gives me high blood pressure just thinking about it! The pepper and onion powder are also too high!
