Frosted Cinnamon Muffins, Smells so good on those fall days when you need something oh so good and warm , This were actually AMAZING, I made them in the form of loaf cake since I didn’t have a muffin tin, I baked it at 350 for around 50 minutes and it turned out delicious, crispy on the outside and moist and soft in the inside, although the batter looked too thick, it turned out delicious , used 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and baked in jumbo muffin cups for 24 min Looked and smelled wonderful!
