Frosted Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes,These are a nice addition to your holiday desserts. I put vanilla frosting on them sometimes.,I made this using fresh pureed pumpkin that I had in the freezer instead of canned. I have done muffins using just the pumpkin and the spice cake mix. They are excellent but more dense than when you add the eggs and oil. I frosted half with a cream cheese whipped icing and the other half with a cream cheese buttercream icing.,These were Wonderful! Instead of using plain water I brewed a strong cup of pumpkin chai and used 1/3 cup of the chai. I also added a Tbs of pumpkin pie spice to the batter. These were delicious! They baked up beautifully in 18 minutes. I got 18 full size cupcakes that rose nice and high.
