Fruit and Fiber Parfait – Ww Friendly 1 Point,Great for break, lunch or as a dessert. I really like it with the White Chocolate Cheesecake or Amaretto Cheesecake yogurt, but any flavor will do. There seems to be some questions as to how I arrived at this being 1 pt when others are saying 4 pts. According to the online WW Point Tracker, which is what I track with: 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal = 0 pts; 6 ounces Weight Watcher’s 1 point yogurt = 1 pt; 1/4 cup blueberries = 0 pts; 1/2 cup strawberries = 0 pts. Remember, Zaar’s nutritional information facts are based on generic “low fat yogurt”. I highly recommend you track each item for yourself in your point tracker instead. Hope that helps!,I didn’t know bran could taste so good! used strawberry greek yogurt and some fresh strawberries and raspberries.,Good! used all blueberries, thawed from the freezer, and All-bran cereal. Definitely filling, and a nice change from oatmeal or eggs. Thanks for the new idea!
