    Fruit Quick Bread,This is a lovely light fruit bread that is perfect with a cup of tea, and would be nice at a bridal or baby shower or brunch. Can use any type of fruit preserve. Recipe from Tulsa World food section. ** This makes TWO LOAVES; it would be easily halved.,I really love this bread! I thought it was a bit sweet. Such a wonderful, creative, and versatile recipe.,I made this recently with blueberries and everyone loved it. I did not use food coloring, but it had a great purple color!

    Preheat Oven to 350*.

    Blend Butter, Sugar, Vanilla, Salt and Lemon Juice. Beat in Eggs One at a Time.

    Dissolve Baking Soda in Sour Cream, and Add to Butter Mixture.

    Fold in Flour, Preserves, Nuts and Food Coloring.

    Pour Batter Into Two Greased and Floured Loaf Pans.

    Bake 35-40 Minutes.
