    I thought it was ok. Maybe a little brown sugar would help. However, I served it for a party and got a lot of compliments. So, what do I know! Also, used currants instead of raisens. Maybe that changed it some.

    Fruited Brie, A lovely and tasty dish for appetizer, pot luck, banquet table or even dessert Prep time does not include 2 hours marinating time , I thought it was ok Maybe a little brown sugar would help However, I served it for a party and got a lot of compliments So, what do I know! Also, used currants instead of raisens Maybe that changed it some , This was really great I made it for an appetizer last night and had the reast for breakfast this morning Oh so good I added about a teaspoon of ground ginger to the fruit and it gave it just a bit of a kick This will be taken to our annual Christmas Eve dinner Thanks for posting it

    Combine Fruit and Apple Juice in Large Bowl and Allow to Marinate For at Least 2 Hours in Refrigerator.

    Slice Brie in Half Horizontally.

    Place One Layer of Brie in Baking Dish and Cover With Half of the Fruit Mixture.

    Place Second Layer of Brie on Top of Fruit and Cover With Remaining Fruit Mixture.

    Sprinkle With Pecans.

    Bake, Uncovered, in Oven at 350 Degrees Approximately 25 to 30 Minutes.

    Serve With Cocktail Bread, Crackers, Baguette, Etc.
