Fruity African Spice Rub

I got this for xmas from family and now i want to replicate it. As I didn't have totally dried apricots or orange oil, I figured I could just add them to the cooking liquid. I'm not sure how it would store with the orange peel or soft dried apricot in it, so i suggest adding them at the end before you cook it. Anyways here it is. use this in my Morrocan style dishes
