Fudgy Fudge Pie,A longtime family favorite my grandmother’s made for years and passed down. Very easy, very very rich — like a wonderfully fudgier brownie, kind of. Great with a cup of coffee!,As written (indicating hand-mixing with fork) this recipe comes out separated from the oven. I suspect the trick is to mix with an electric mixer. We made this recipe twice, mixing all ingredients with a fork as written and wound up with a result that was a yellow gelatinous goo on the bottom and a chocolaty delight on top. The yellow goo was very off-putting to eat and not terribly enjoyable. If we make this again, I’ll use an electric mixer for sure as I suspect all the 5-star reviewers did. I’ll update or re-review if we ever make it again using the electric mixer.,Very easy to make and had all ingredients in my pantry. I followed the recipe exactly, the crust it formed was the best part. It was VERY sweet, I would probably add a little more cocoa if I make this again. It was very gooey and took a while to setup as it was cooling. This is almost like an underbaked brownie– and would be good with some ice cream and maybe a little chocolate sauce on top.
