Boil Cabbage For 3 Minutes. Add Bean Sprouts, Cook For 1 More Minute. Rinse in Cold Water in Colander. Chop Vegetables Finely. in a Medium Mixing Bowl, Add Beef, Scallion, Garlic, Pepper, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil and Mix Well.

Place 1 Tbsp of Mix on Wonton Wrapper. Brush Egg Mixture on Edges, Fold and Seal.

Add Canola Oil to Pan, Heat Until Shimmering. Saute Wonton Until Brown. Add 1/4 Cup Water, Cover and Cook For 4 Minutes.

Dipping Sauce: 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce, 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar, 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Tsp Minced Ginger. Prepare at Least 1/2 Hour Ahead.
