Directions
Garam Masala Deviled Eggs,Curried deviled eggs with extra spark for a more authentic Indian flavor. Garam masala is an Indian spice mixture available in many supermarkets and at Indian markets. You can also make your own such as with recipe #82644. This can be made 4 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.,I made 12 (6 eggs) of these, and another 12 classic for a BBQ I attended. It took longer than it should to get there. The classics were fine; these totally melted. I think it was too much mayo. Also, they weren’t very flavorful. I give them 4 stars because they were still pretty tasty. Next time I’ll halve the mayo and double the garam masala.
