Garam Masala Ii

Her recipe uses the same amount of black cumin, whole cloves and black peppercorns as given above. She uses 1/3 of a nutmeg rather than 1/4, and also adds 1 tablespoon cardamom seed and a 2-3 inch stick of cinnamon, broken up. Her method is exactly the same as given above.
