Garbage Mashed Potato Casserole, This mashed potato casserole can be made ahead and frozen or refrigerated It’s great for dinner parties, and the kids love it! You can add virtually anything to it and it’s still delicious! Try with a variety of beef and slow cooker dishes , The combination of red and white potatoes were great I have made these twice The first time I just served them right after mashing Both ways, these potatoes are great , This is a very tasty potato casserole I scaled the potatoes by half but used the stated amounts of cream cheese, sour cream and cheese (cheddar and Parmesan) Love the texture and the cheesiness Thanks for posting
