Garbanzo Beans (Chole),For all you chick pea lovers. With an Indian kick.,Do you drain the garbanzos?,Wow…..Love this recipe. Easy to make and so, so good! I followed the recipe exactly except for the ginger. Didn’t have fresh so used 1/2 tea of ground and it still turned out fantastic. This will be a regular on our table, for sure. Oh, BTW….used freshly cooked garbanzo beans. I just added 2 cups of cooked beans instead of the 16 oz canned beans. Thank you for sharing this one Rita!

Saut Onions, Add Garlic and Ginger in Ghee. |
