Garlic and Sage Chicken and Potato Saute, A wonderful super easy meal in a skillet Delicious and on the table in under 30 minutes , I added an extra step because I have a tendency to undercook potatoes and I was skeptical about the potato cooking time I steamed the potato chunks for an hour and a half first, then continued to follow the recipe I suppose one could par boil them, instead, but I think steaming is the way to go for any potato (and my Orgreenic pan set came with a steamer Those things are fantastic!!) I also highly recommend growing sage! You can use some fresh dry the rest It’s 1000x better than store-bought (And it makes a lovely bath oil ) Think about it! *wink* So in conclusion, cook those taters a lil bit first, and this recipe ROCKS!, This was awesome! used Melissa’s Gemstone Potatoes to give it some color and left out the parsley Everyone in the house ate this up and I can’t wait to have some for lunch today! Thanks for posting such a great recipe!

In a Large Skillet, Heat Oil and Butter Together. |

Over Low Heat, Add Sage and Garlic and Cook For About Two Minutes. |
