Divide Cheese Among Sterilized Jars, Adding Equal Amounts of Spices and Herbs as You Go, Being Careful That the Flavorings Are Evenly Dispersed Throughout Each Jar. Pour in Enough Olive Oil to Cover the Cheese by About 1". |
