Directions
Garlic Bread,An unusual garlic bread. This one uses mayonnaise. Try it, you’ll like it! (really),I don’t know, maybe it was using low fat mayo that did it…but this came out terribly. The texture of the topping was a bit soupy, and of course unnaturally white for garlic bread. I could see that the proportion of garlic to the rest of the ingredients was low, so I doubled the garlic, but I think I should have halved the mayo. My oldest son’s reaction was: What does this taste like [pause]… it almost tastes like you put mayo on instead of garlic.,Evelyn, you never disappoint. I made exactly as directed. This was fantastic and I will certainly be making it again!
