Steps

1 Done	Simmer Potatoes in Water to Cover Until Tender, About 10 Minutes.
2 Done	Drain and Return to Pan.
3 Done	Mash With Milk, Cheese and Season to Taste.
4 Done	Heat Over Moderate Heat Until Heated Through.
