Directions
Spaghetti With Tomatoes, Black Olives, Garlic, and Feta Cheese, from Food and Wine, Served this as our main dish and it was well enjoyed. For our tastes I halved the oil and used a lot of fresh parsley. This is chock full of goodies high “sauce” to pasta ratio. Even though we really liked this as is, I think next time I would add less cheese., We both said “five stars” after the first bite. What else can I say? Meanwhile, in a Medium Frying Pan, Heat the Olive Oil Over Moderately Low Heat. Add the Garlic and Cook, Stirring, For 1 Minute. Add the Cooked Pasta and the Garlic Oil to the Tomato Mixture and Toss. |
