Garlic-Infused Spaghetti with Juicy Tomatoes and Black Olives

Features:
    Cuisine:

Served this as our main dish and it was well enjoyed. For our tastes I halved the oil and used a lot of fresh parsley. This is chock full of goodies high "sauce" to pasta ratio. Even though we really liked this as is, I think next time I would add less cheese.

Spaghetti With Tomatoes, Black Olives, Garlic, and Feta Cheese, from Food and Wine, Served this as our main dish and it was well enjoyed. For our tastes I halved the oil and used a lot of fresh parsley. This is chock full of goodies high “sauce” to pasta ratio. Even though we really liked this as is, I think next time I would add less cheese., We both said “five stars” after the first bite. What else can I say? I followed the recipe to the letter, using gluten free spaghetti. Thanks so much for sharing! Made for Culinary Quest 2016 / Greece for team IH?
