    Garlic Mushrooms, used this recipe at a barbeque party I hosted at my home and it was good So thought of sharing it Got the recipe from the Gulf News Cookery Book Volume No 6 Cook time is approximate , this combines 2 of my favorite things mushrooms and garlic, i made this with fays fried meat and we had a wonderful dinner, An excellent partner for BBQ’d steak! I marinated the mushrooms & onions in the basting mixture for about 2 hours – they took on a delicios garlic flavour I didn’t include the tomatoes – they’re very expensive (and poor quality) at this time of the year; however, I will include them when our fresh from the garden grape tomatoes are available Thanx Fay!

    Remove Stems from Mushrooms, Reserve Caps.

    in Bowl, Combine Oil and Garlic.

    Add Mushroom Caps to Oil Mixture.

    Remove Mushrooms With Slotted Spoon and Place on Sheet of Heavy Duty Foil.

    Grill Over Medium Hot Coals For 10 to 15 Minutes.

    Can Add These Right on the Grill With 10 or 15 Minutes Before Meat Is Done.
