I would like to know if anyone made a Cracked Pepper; a Jalapeno Cheese or a Southwest flavored variety and if they could share their recipe? Also, any tips on doubling or tripling the recipe? THANK YOU!

Garlic Parmesan Flax Seed Crackers – Low Carb!,Found on About.com. A great high fiber, crunchy, nutritious, and tasty snack. Good with dips, spreads, or plain. The whole recipe is 6 grams of effective carbohydrate plus 35 grams of fiber,I would like to know if anyone made a Cracked Pepper; a Jalapeno Cheese or a Southwest flavored variety and if they could share their recipe? Also, any tips on doubling or tripling the recipe? THANK YOU!,These were amazing! used to make flax crackers the raw-vegan way in my dehydrator, which took sometimes 2 days and lots of mess and fuss. i just wanted some crackers! I found this recipe and I couldn’t believe how FAST and how EASY it was to make, but also how fantastic they tasted with so few ingredients! Everybody loved them and they were gone in five minutes! I quickly went to the store to buy 4 more bags of Bob’s Red Mill Golden Flaxseed Meal so I can make these on a regular basis and would love to try a cracker pepper version; a jalapeno cheese, and just a spicy southwest. I definitely will also need to double or triple the recipe. I had to play with the time – it was more like 30 minutes at 375 degrees for me (flipping once). used a cake spreader to spread into a flat rectangular shape, on parchment paper (NOT waxed paper!). I absolutely LOVE these!

    Steps

    1
    Done

    Heat Oven to 400f.

    2
    Done

    Mix All Ingredients Together.

    3
    Done

Spoon Onto Sheet Pan Which Is Covered With a Silicone Mat or Greased Parchment Paper.

    4
    Done

Cover the Mixture With a Piece of Parchment or Waxed Paper. Even Out the Mixture to About 1/8 Inch. I Find a Straight Edge, Like a Ruler, Works Well, Though You Can Use a Rolling Pin or Wine Bottle Too. the Important Thing Is not to Let It Be Too Thin Around the Edges or That Part Will Overcook Before the Center Firms Up. So After You Spread It Out, Go Around the Edges With Your Finger and Push the Thin Part Inwards to Even It Up.

    5
    Done

Bake Until the Center Is No Longer Soft, About 15-18 Minutes. If It Starts to Get More Than a Little Brown Around the Edges, Remove from Oven. Let Cool Completely - It Will Continue to Crisp Up.

    6
    Done

    Break Into Pieces.
