This is a delicious pimento cheese. I did add some chopped onion and green bell pepper along with a little dill relish. I let it chill in the ref. and than used it with recipe#388470. We had a delicious dinner! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Everybody loves this pimento cheese.,This is a delicious pimento cheese. I did add some chopped onion and green bell pepper along with a little dill relish. 1 Done	Grate the Cheese.
2 Done	Add the Pimentoes With Juice and the Garlic.
3 Done	Add 1 Cup Mayonnaise Plus Whatever Amount of Mayonnaise You Need to Add to Get the Consistency That You Want.
