Garlic & Rosemary Cornish Game Hens,I adore garlic so here is yet another recipe using it! I don’t know who gave this recipe to me, I found it this weekend in a kitchen drawer! I hope you enjoy it.,SO DELICIOUS!!! Made just as directed other than I only had two hens but used all the same amount of other ingredients — and boy, was I glad I did! The sauce was fabulous and so easy to do. Made an quick bread stuffing and put it in a foil-covered casserole and slid it into the oven when I turned down the heat to 350 degrees. Uncovered the foil from the stuffing when I took the hens out to let it crisp up a bit for about 8-10 minutes. Really easy, yummy dinner. Thanks so much.,I did the recipe with 5 hens and did adjustments for five, but I increased the garlic as I love garlic and OH MY GAUD it was fantastic. Everyone loved it as well. Moist and flavorful. I would post a picture, but your site wants a Facebook picture and its not on Facebook nor is it going to be. Too bad your loss as the picture is the set dinner table and plated.
