Garlic Sauce Tofu with Broccoli: A Vegan Delight

Features:
    Cuisine:

I gave this recipe 4 stars but I did change a few things. I left out the tofu, used more broccoli 1 carrot sliced, decreased ginger to 1/2 tsp., added 1/4 C. of water & 1tsp sesame oil, plus used 3 Tbsp. of AP flour instead of cornstarch because I was out of cornstarch. I also added 1/8 tsp more garlic and served it over brown rice. It was awesome. The sauce was just the right thickness. The amount of cayenne was perfect for me. I will probably use the tofu next time or increase the broccoli, used 2 heads of broccoli, but I will make this again. Thanks for sharing.
