Garlic Sauteed Cauliflower,Although I can’t say cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables, I do love it prepared this way. Recipe is adapted from “A Taste of The Hill from St Louis”.,too much oil.,It was OK. I cut back on the oil and it still ended up too “greasy” for our tastes. We like it steamed and I am not sure this added too much. I may have cut back on the red peppers too much since my wife doesn’t like spicy – I think it needed more kick. I probably won’t make it again.
