    Cut the Garlic Cloves in Half and Rub Over Toast Before Arranging on a Large Platter.

    Then Place the Remaining Garlic, Olives, Capers, Most of the Oil, Basil Plus a Pinch of Salt and Pepper Into a Food Processor -Blend Until Just Combined.

    Spread Olive Paste Over the Toast Slices. Then Roughly Cut Your Tomatoes Into Chunks and Place Them Onto of the Toast Slices.

    Drizzle a Little Oil Onto Each Slice and Garnish With the Remaining Basil.
