    Place Rice, Water, Brown Sugar, Salt, Turmeric and Cinnamon Stick in a Pot.

    Boil Over High Heat 20 Minutes.

    Drain Excess Water.

    Add Remaining Ingredients and Steam Rice Until Soft and Fluffy.

    Remove Cinnamon Stick Before Serving.
