Gene’s Fried Apples,This recipe is from “Busy Woman’s Cookbook”. Authored by Sharon and Gene McFall.,These are delicious fried apples. I made them using 1 tablespoon butter to cut the fat & brown sugar splenda. They were DELICIOUS, taste as good as apple pie, served them with sugar free ice cream. Thanks for posting this yummy recipe.
